Vintage recipe : Stuffed eggs

In this video I demonstrate Fannie Farmer's stuffed egg recipe. Not to be confused with deviled eggs. This is a great brunch menu item as it is served warm. Recipe: Cut four hard boiled eggs in half crosswise. Remove yolks, mash, and add two tablespoons grated cheese, one tespoon vinegar, one fourth teaspoon mustard, and salt and cayenne to taste. Add enough melted butter to make mixture the right consistency to shape. Make in balls size of original yolks and refill whites. Arrange on serving dish, pour around one cup white sauce, cover and reheat.
